[ He knows Katherine the least of the three older Salvatores to have graced Saltburnt. The brothers were still teenagers when he'd cut all business ties, refused to remain available should Giuseppe need a doctor on call, so he was never a physician to her. But he's kept in touch, seen them all around: some of the same circles, some of the same galas, a dinner or two. Christine's always liked her.

It's enough to have him reaching out, a few drinks into the day and curious for her take on all the baggage her family's brought with them. ]
